Payment is made by credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) through Pay Pal. As soon as we receive your payment we will send you an email with the estimated time of delivery. Delivery cost is calculated based on delivery destination selection and total weight of your parcel.  You can check the delivery cost by selecting a product and proceeding to CHECKOUT. Input your details and press CONTINUE. This will take you to the  page where the delivery cost is calculated.  

Note: Before placing an order please measure your sliding door frame (inside of the bottom channel to inside of the top channel) to ensure it is a standard size (2.0 - 2.1 meters). If your sliding door is outside of the range, please contact us and we can provide you with a quotation for a custom size Pet Door Insert.
