Warranty
To the original purchaser, Patio Link warrants this product to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 10 years from the date of delivery to the customer. Damage caused by accident, improper installation, abuse or normal wear and tear, including damage by pets or glass breakage, is specifically excluded from this warranty. To claim warranty a copy of the original receipt must be presented and associated delivery costs plus handling will be charged to the customer.

Shipping
Shipping is performed by our choice of courier. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will deliver the product to their nearest depot for you to pick up. Alternatively, you can specify a note to the courier to authorise them to leave the parcel at your premises if you are not at home. We suggest leaving a note for the courier as this reduces the amount of travel for the parcel and therefore creates less opportunity for breakage/damage in transit.

Returns
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We make every attempt to provide you with a pleasant shopping experience and offer a 10-Day Return Policy.

• If you received an item that is defective, broken or damaged due to shipping, please contact us and we will have the item repaired or replaced at no cost to you. Whether the item is repaired or replaced is at our discretion. If any visible damage exists at the time of delivery, please report such damage to the shipper immediately (preferably at time of delivery).
• If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product and would like to return it, you simply need to organise the delivery of the item to us in its original condition including packaging and we will refund your purchase price less delivery cost. Please contact us to let us know you are returning the item.
